Table Agency Group (TAG) is a small community of marketing and creative professionals in Southwest Washington and Portland. We collect only what we need to run the community, and we keep it simple: we never buy, sell, rent, or trade email lists or personal information.
What we collect
- Email signups: your email address, your name if you give it, and which emails you signed up for (the TAG newsletter and happy hour invitations).
- Membership applications and project inquiries: what you enter in the form, such as your name, email, phone number, and details about your business or project.
- Member profiles: the information members add to their own profile, such as name, photo, business, bio, and links. Listed profiles are public in the member directory. Members can edit their profile or hide it from the directory at any time.
How we use it
- To send the emails you signed up for: news, events, and happy hour invitations.
- To review membership applications and respond to project inquiries. TAG’s organizers receive these by email.
- To show the member directory and let members sign in and manage their profiles.
We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
We only email people who signed up or asked to hear from us. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all TAG emails. If an address bounces or reports an email as spam, we stop sending to it automatically.
Cookies
We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. The site uses a cookie to keep members signed in, and your browser remembers when you last saw the happy hour reminder so we don’t show it too often.
Services we use
The site runs on a few service providers that store or process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting and image storage), Neon (database), and Amazon Web Services (email delivery). They may only use it to provide their services to us.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email, and members can edit or hide their profile at any time. To see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, email hello@tableagencygroup.com and we’ll take care of it.
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
